AHHH Madi Watch out!

Cam came home from Young mens camp early because one of the boys got hypothermia and so we had a great day today! Yeah I love it when Cams home on the weekdays, it sure helps pass the time. Today we went to the zoo and had a great time all together as a family. I love days like these when everything seems to be going just right.

Trampoline

Auntie Megan and Uncle Randy gave us this kite a few months ago and we finally had enough wind to get it up. It is such a cool kite and we all had fun flying it. The kids lost intrest after a few minutes but Cam and I flew it for a good hour.

We made the best purchase ever last week, a TRAMPOLINE. The kids have had so much fun on it and they will actually go outside and play by THEMSELVES! It's actually been fun for the whole family, yesterday was so hot that we put the sprinkler under it and all got on our bathing suits and jumped. It was so fun.

Hinton- warning lots of pics!!

Alex eating a sandwich, she was so cute.
Cooper digging, he loved to dig in the sand or pull a boat in the water - a true boy
The monkey bars- this was a real love hate relationship- but she did it in the end.

a moose a little ways away cooling off - what a cool place to live eh?

The kids filled their buckets full of tadpoles, Madi and me were grossed out by it but Karens kids picked them up by the handfulls ewwww.

This past week we went up to Hinton to see my sister Karen and her family. We had such a great time, my kids had so much fun with their cousins. Cooper loved playing with Alex, and Madison and Sydney played the entire time together and we barely saw them all week. It was so nice to be with my sister and have someone to talk to while we watched all our kids. Karen actually had to babysit one day I was there and we ended up having 14 kids there in her little place, but she is so relaxed and it hardly seemed to stress her at all, me on the other hand would of gone mental. It was so hot we spent two day up at the beach there and had so much fun. The kids loved collecting tadpoles and swimming in the COLD water, they loved to build castles out of the sand and Madison had the most fun accomplishing going across the monkey bars. She tried the whole time to get all the way across and by the end of the two days she could do it. I was pretty proud of her.
