Cute little Dexter chewing on everything and anything available
My Boys
Me and my Kidlets
AHHH Madi Watch out!

Cam came home from Young mens camp early because one of the boys got hypothermia and so we had a great day today! Yeah I love it when Cams home on the weekdays, it sure helps pass the time. Today we went to the zoo and had a great time all together as a family. I love days like these when everything seems to be going just right.

Trampoline

Auntie Megan and Uncle Randy gave us this kite a few months ago and we finally had enough wind to get it up. It is such a cool kite and we all had fun flying it. The kids lost intrest after a few minutes but Cam and I flew it for a good hour.

We made the best purchase ever last week, a TRAMPOLINE. The kids have had so much fun on it and they will actually go outside and play by THEMSELVES! It's actually been fun for the whole family, yesterday was so hot that we put the sprinkler under it and all got on our bathing suits and jumped. It was so fun.

Hinton- warning lots of pics!!

Alex eating a sandwich, she was so cute.
Cooper digging, he loved to dig in the sand or pull a boat in the water - a true boy
The monkey bars- this was a real love hate relationship- but she did it in the end.

a moose a little ways away cooling off - what a cool place to live eh?

The kids filled their buckets full of tadpoles, Madi and me were grossed out by it but Karens kids picked them up by the handfulls ewwww.

This past week we went up to Hinton to see my sister Karen and her family. We had such a great time, my kids had so much fun with their cousins. Cooper loved playing with Alex, and Madison and Sydney played the entire time together and we barely saw them all week. It was so nice to be with my sister and have someone to talk to while we watched all our kids. Karen actually had to babysit one day I was there and we ended up having 14 kids there in her little place, but she is so relaxed and it hardly seemed to stress her at all, me on the other hand would of gone mental. It was so hot we spent two day up at the beach there and had so much fun. The kids loved collecting tadpoles and swimming in the COLD water, they loved to build castles out of the sand and Madison had the most fun accomplishing going across the monkey bars. She tried the whole time to get all the way across and by the end of the two days she could do it. I was pretty proud of her.

Graduation

madi "graduated" from playschool this week and I can't believe she is old enough to go into Kindergaten. I'm so excited for her but sad that she is getting to be such a big kid.

Now I wonder what we are going to do all summer, I hope she's not too bored.
It's so funny, but the last three days Dex has fallen asleep while i have been feeding him. It's not like I stop for a minute and he falls asleep it's practically between bites. I wonder what he finds so relaxing about it? too funny!

I sent Cooper upstairs to wash his feet after he'd been playing outside and I came up to find him having a little bath!
Madi made this hat for the greatest dad in the world on father day. Dad even wore it out golfing that night- although I'm not sure how long it lasted on his head after he got out the door.

The ponytail is gone

The Before and after shots. I did'nt have good light in any of these shots but I think you get the idea. I always tried to getthe perfect shot of the curl but none really do it justice. I can't believe we waited so long.

The After shots.

We finally cut Dexter's Dairy Queen curl off. It was a bittersweet moment on my part. I love it because it was so curly and long and it gave him such character, but now I am so happy we got rid of it. We got tons of comments on his little combover and long side wings. He looks so much cuter now and I'm happy we finally did get rid of it.

Jolly Jumper

Dexter loves his jolly jumper and he can spend a good hour in it just jumping like a wild man. The other day he fell asleep in it. I looked over and realized he was fast asleep in it- but still jumping!!

Crazy kids!

Random Pics

Dexter taking a bath. He loves his bath and if ever he is crabby we strip him naked and he is happy, happy, happy
Madison and Cooper at Madison's playschool spring tea. She had so much fun and did a great job preforming for all of us. Moving the hot tub. Yeah it is finally gone and our new deck is "almost" done!! I love it and got my first sunburn on it yesterday!

cooper in a diaper his pj top and his winter boots. Which I had to hide becuase he would'nt wear anything else, even in 30 degree weather.

All three of the kids after bath time. They love to snuggle Dex and are always fighting over who he loves the most:)

Mickey Mouse ears from Disneyland. Cooper would'nt wear his the whole time we were there but now he wears it around the house all the time.

Dad was gone to Florida this week so we made a big Chocolate cake for ourselves. I had one piece and broke my no sugar diet, but I think it's okay. Everything in moderation right ;)

I'm too tired to do a real update, so I will just update with some random pics.

Cooper and Dad playing hockey with the neighbours
" hockey fighting" as Cooper calls it!
Madi posing for the Camera
Cute kids, now if only I could get one of all three of them when Dexter isn't crying.
Trying on their summer clothes for Disneyland

The kids had such a good week, we babysat a 2 boys for spring break and they all got a long so well. In some ways it would be nice to babysit and have someone for the kids to play with. We kept busy by going to the dollar theatre, ymca, ikea, telus world of science, chapters story time etc. The kids were exhausted every night and so was I but it was fun and a nice way to earn a little extra spending money at DISNEY!! The kids tried on their summer clothes last week and got them selves all excited (well I got the most excited I think)
